Originally from Dublin, Ohio, Courtney earned her Bachelor's degree in Financial Management with a minor in Marketing from Franklin University. With over 20 years of professional experience, Courtney joined Bluestone Wealth Partners in April 2025 as a Client Experience Associate. In this role, she leverages her extensive background in executive support, office management, and client relationship development to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for every client. Courtney is highly skilled in managing complex scheduling, optimizing administrative workflows, and supporting high-level decision-making processes. Her ability to anticipate needs, implement systems, and foster collaborative environments makes her a vital asset to both clients and team members alike.

Courtney and her husband, T.J., live in Westerville with their son Ethan and their energetic German Shepherd, Coco. She is an active member of the community, serving as a board member of the Westerville Lacrosse Club and embracing her role as a dedicated lacrosse mom. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Courtney is a passionate supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Columbus Crew, and Columbus Blue Jackets. When not at the lacrosse field, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting unique Cricut projects, and hunting for great bargains.
